Frequently Asked Questions
How are the calls hosted?
Calls are hosted on the Zoom platform, on a private link, which means it operates just like a private Skype call for just the two of us. You will need to download the program, which you can do simply and easily, and then just access the call from your computer/laptop over the Internet (Zoom has an app as well).
All of our coaching calls are private, just the two us, and the private link means no one can accidentally interrupt us in our work either.
Make sure you allow yourself some space and privacy for our calls. Clear the house of distractions, turn off the cell phone, and show up for yourself big time.
Calls may be recorded for learning and training purposes. No call recordings will be used for marketing or promotional materials. You’re safe here!
How much time commitment do you need?
We’ll meet once for our 2-hour 1:1 strategy session, and after that you’ll be on your own, girl (though I will be available to you by email for check-ups, help, and follow-ups for another week afterward!)
What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of our work together and the enrollment process, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
An investment like this (actually, any investment, however big or small) is no laughing matter, and I fully appreciate the magnitude of it. What happens if I have to reschedule?
Life happens. So will reschedules.
There’s a 12 hour reschedule/cancellation policy on all calls (so just give me 12 hours’ notice and we can reschedule to our hearts’ content!). If you need to cancel a call with less than 12 hours’ notice, I cannot guarantee a reschedule.

What exactly do I have to do while we work together?
You’ll work on your business! Just as you have been doing, but with a lot more focus, strategy, and an understanding of technology.
I’ll be your coach, mentor, cheerleader, bitch-fest-listener, and during our calls we’ll go over our strategy, where you’re getting stuck, where you’re succeeding, and adjust accordingly.
You’ll go out into the big wide world and implement it (with lots of tech walkthroughs and strategy advising from me!)
What does “unlimited email support” mean?
I’m here for you, girl. Side-by-side support through every confusing, scary, ridiculous business-y moment. Email away, whether we have a call the next day or not, and I’ll always respond to you with priority.
The only provisos here to the word “unlimited” are that I need some sleep, too. So email support means you can email me whenever and wherever you need some support or clarification and I’ll respond within my normal business parameters, ie during business hours and within 1-2 business days.
I do offer additional contact info to clients for emergencies as well, because, you know, you never know when email won’t be enough.
